HexaTravel understands that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

No-Show Policy

•Failure to collect the vehicle at the agreed pickup time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Early Returns

•Returning a vehicle earlier than scheduled does not qualify for a refund unless approved by HexaTravel management.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

•Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before pickup may be subject to a partial cancellation fee.

•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
